Before joining the academia in 2008, Andrea Moro worked for fifteen years as senior financial advisor for SMEs providing financial advice during the start-up stage or turnarounds as well as on major investments. The role implied financial appraisals of strategic projects and setting up budgets, alongside supporting firms' management during negotiations with investors and banks.
Andrea Moro moved into the academia in 2008 firstly joining In 2014, he joined Cranfield University where he currently teaches Finance and Entrepreneurial Finance. He is a visiting professor at Ca' Foscari University (Venice), and was visiting professor at Wirtschaft Universitat Vienna (Austria), Johannes Kepler Universitat Linz (Austria), Central South University - Changsha (China). Turku University (Finland). He has taught in more than 15 countries.
