Kate, co-author of the award-winning book "Reinvention: Accelerating Results in the Age of Disruption", was named one of the world's Emerging Management Gurus by the London Times for her career work and achievement in the management consulting space, particularly in Leadership Consulting, Advisory Services, Classroom Facilitation, and Learning and Education Design. Her leadership development clients have included Goldman Sachs, British Petroleum, Citigroup, DHL, Verizon, Novartis, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Saudi Aramco, Dallah Al Barakah, among others. When Kate was an editor at Harvard Business Review, she worked closely with renowned thought leaders like Jim Collins (author of Good to Great) by helping them clarify and articulate their groundbreaking theories and models into material that would lead to publication. She is the co-author with Dave Ulrich and Norm Smallwood of the seminal leadership book "The Leadership Code: Five Rules to Lead By", which has been translated into 14 languages. In addition, she is a visiting lecturer at MIT's Legatum Center for Entrepreneurship.
