Zach is a consultant and speaker who builds purposeful organizations and empowers purposeful people to better the world. He is a researcher, instructor, and Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado USA and teaches courses on purposeful leadership, organizational behavior, planning and implementing organizational development interventions, and workforce development. His research focuses on purpose and organizational performance and has been featured in the Human Resource Development Review and at the Academy of Human Resource Development International Research Conference. Zach is also a co-founder of the Foundation for Purposeful Organizations, a non-profit that promotes and supports Purposeful Behavior as an effective style of management for building lasting organizations that matter. He is a Founder of the popular blog on purposeful leadership and work, PurposeSpeaks.com, and is a regular contributor for The Huffington Post. His first book, "The Invisible Leader" is set to come out in 2017.
